What packaging is included with my order?
Every Archive44 order ships with the complete original Chrome Hearts packaging: the branded matte-black presentation box, leather hard case with Chrome Hearts hardware, branded microfiber cleaning cloth, and the drawstring pouch. The unboxing experience is part of the purchase.
How long does shipping take?
US and Canada orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. International orders arrive in 4–7 business days. All orders ship with full tracking. Shipping is completely free worldwide on every order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Contact us to initiate a return — no hassle, no questions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
How can I verify authenticity after receiving my order?
Chrome Hearts eyewear has several authenticity indicators: engraved hallmarks on the frame temples, branded case hardware, and embossed packaging. If you have any concerns about your order, contact us and we'll resolve it immediately.
Can I get prescription lenses fitted?
Yes. Many optical and sunglass frames in our catalog can accept prescription lenses. We recommend taking your frames to a licensed optician who specializes in premium designer eyewear for the best results.
How do I know what size will fit me?

What condition are the items in?
All items are listed with their condition clearly noted in the product description. Most Archive44 frames are brand new with full original packaging. Any pre-owned items will be clearly labeled with relevant condition notes.
